2. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order.

3. We offer free shipping on all orders above 3000 PKR. Orders below this amount will be charged a flat shipping fee of 250 PKR.

4. We use reputable shipping partners to deliver your orders, including TRAX Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via whatsapp which you can use to track your order's progress.

5. . A customer with parcel value of Rs.10,000/- and above and all orders of baby gear are subject to pay 10%  amount advance in bank account then the company will dispatch the parcel.
