1. How to Place an Order

Placing an order with Baby Collections is easy and convenient:

  • Complete the required details on the Order Summary page and click the “Place Order” button.

  • Alternatively, you can place an order via phone call, direct message or whatsApp to our customer support team.

2. Product Listings Disclaimer

The products listed on our website are not direct offers to sell. Your action of placing an order serves as an offer to purchase.
Please note:

  • Babycollectionz reserves the right to accept or decline your order.

  • If any item is displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we are not obligated to sell the item at that price.

3. Order Acceptance

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is reviewed and accepted. At this point, a binding agreement is created under these terms and conditions.
If for any reason we cannot accept your order—due to pricing, availability, or added delivery charges—we will inform you via email or phone before processing.

4. Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation within our delivery zones.
Please note:

  • In the event of a logistical delay, natural disaster, or accident, delivery may be extended.

  • We will notify you of any delay via phone call or email.

5. Payment Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our standard payment option & also add more payment options.

  • Advance payment only required on the Item above 10,000PKR.

  • No hidden charges—you only pay what’s shown at checkout.

6. Warranty & Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • If a product is defective or unsatisfactory, we encourage you to return it.

  • We offer full refunds and cover return shipping costs for eligible items.

  • You Should return the item within 10 days of its delivery date.
